I'm 33 now and I try to take really good care of my skin. I exfoliate my face every day with an apricot scrub, and it works wonders! However, I've heard that the first area of the face that begins aging are the eyes. I use Nivea Q10 wrinkle reducer for eyes. I need to know a song/tune that was played quite a lot on UK TV doentaries and some other programmes. It sounds like a foreign language. I can't make out any words as such. It starts of quietly with a bit of a beat and gets louder. then some people start to sing what sounds like (bear with me on this) ooooaaaaooooh, aah aah eeh aahh oooh. I know it's really stupid but I don't know how else to put it. In the middle section it gets quite a dancey beat going before finishing off like the beginning. I'm sure I've left myself open for some major piss taking but as they say, "nothing ventured nothing gained" this song is from about 4 or 5 years ago or maybe more. It's not Adiemus or Hoppipola or Muse or Sigur Ros and It's not, Chicane "Salt Water" either. The tune is a lot slower and more laid back and sort of gives the feeling of the south sea's. Used a lot on doentaries with water and sea type stuff. Very sort of full sounding with several voices in harmony very relaxing and atmospheric. Very difficult to describe. Must have been a hit 4 or 5 years ago.

Can you put a ball python on a "living" vivarium?

He is currently in a 129 gallon tank with inverted clay pots for hideouts several logs, plastic plants, and a water dish. I would like to redecorate this tank with a rock wall, flowing water riverbed (with filter), and real live plants. I'm thinking of putting 2 layers on the warm side of the tank, the bottom layer will be his hide-out close to the heat pad underneath. Then I will put something like a hill on top with plants and rocks to make the bottom layer look like an underground burrow. I'm thinking of putting orchids on the rock wall and a "fallen log" scene with ferns and vines in the middle. The log will be hollow for additional hide-out. Also, I would put aspen bark on some areas, moss on some areas, and rocks towards the riverbed. This is not something I can empty out and clean every week. I can change the bark and moss every week but the rest would be a permanent structure. Is this something a ball python can live in?

What type of reaction is this?

Different times in my life when I get hot I break out into small hives and get really red and splotchy. It itches like crazy! I thought it was nerve related, but it's happening again and I am not stressed or anxious about anything. I am also on anxiety medicine which should prevent anxiousness. I had my blood pressure checked along with complete blood work and all appears to be normal. I have also seen a dermatologist and tried various steroids and creams. I get hot and start to break out and itch like crazy. Once I cool down it goes away. It can last for 5-10 mins. I live in Texas so it is really hot all the time! This is very frustrating and all of the doctors I have seen are at a loss. Any idea what this could be?

Deployed soldier needs help! Why wont the laptop charge?

I am deployed to the desert right now and am having a problem with an HP Pavillion Zv5000. It simply will not charge the batteries reliably or run on the AC adapter. When charging the battery (while laptop is off) the power icon will stay lit for a few seconds then stop charging and go off. The Laptop cannot be run on the AC adapter alone like my Dell laptop. We tried replacing the adapter (used to have an aftermarket universal) with the original for this computer, and the battery has been replaced as well with no luck. The AC power source is a reliable 220v plug, which the AC adapter is well capable of handling. Is it possible that the internal connections from the adapter plug to the laptops power managment system is damaged? HELP ME RESOLVE THIS!!!

Dog grooming urination question?

Do you think that the groomer trimming the "private area", and the stomach, and the leg crease where the rear legs meet the body, would make the dog more prone to wetting in the house? This is a one year old Shih-Tzu Bichon mix. I have had him for about 2 months. He was never completely house trained. He was neutered before I got him and still squats to piddle. I had thought he was doing better and it seems like since he got groomed he is worse again. Hard to catch him if he does it during the night. He goes all day in his, rather roomy, crate and does not piddle. He came to us used to sleeping on the foot of the bed so we let it continue. We were able to control evening indoor wetting by limiting the rooms he has access to. At night if he wakes and no one lets him out he may piddle on the carpet. If he gets to go out he may take his own sweet time stepping off the patio and again for coming back!

Could it be skin cancer?

I noticed one day this past summer, there was a sting on my back. It felt like a bee sting. So, I went inside and had my husband spray some benadryl on it. He told me he couldn't really see anything, but sprayed it for me anyway. It went away the next day. A few weeks later, it came back, and went away again. There is a tiny, flesh-colored bump there now, but it sparatically hurts really bad. I have an appointment at my dermatologist's office at the end of next month (about a month away). Until then, I'm going crazy worrying. My grandparents have both had several melanoma removed. So, I have always been VERY careful as far as always wearing sunscreen. I'm wondering if this could be something serious? Do the symptoms sound familiar?

Gerbils vs. Rats (Who has owned both?)?

I have plenty of room for an adequate enclosure for each. I also have plenty of time to care for them. I think gerbils have the edge on the cuteness factor, but they don't bond as much as rats do. I would be getting multiples of either animal, but I want to know which is the better pet from someone who has owned both. I still think rat's are cute, but not as cute as a gerbil. So I have recently tried to open my IE and it won't open, when i double click the shortcut it runs, lags then disappears without even sending me a crash notification. How can I stop feeling like killing myself?

Every morning for the past few months I've woke up contemplaing suicide. I even have a fail-safe plan on how I would do it. I've also convinced myself that everyone would be better off if I were dead as opposed to me living. I barely live as it is. I sleep for as long as I possibly can. I don't work. I doubt my ability to do or accomplish anything. I even understand how silly it is to think like this, but it seems to be my natural response to everything. I tried killing myself before and was hospitalized, had psychotherapy, and even that didn't help. I'm convinced I'm a waste of life, even though it isn't true. Or at least it isn't true to anybody else, but I feel ashamed about everything and suicide seems rational as crazy as that sounds.

Ever since I at Chinese food at Chinatown(I know I probably shouldn't have eaten it) I've been ridiculously gasey and have had stomach pains, at first it looked like I had diarrhea but it wasn't super dark green, it was like a yellowish brown thing going on. But that went away after I took medicine and I don't feel super gasey anymore.Anyways I've been getting this stomach pain mainly in the stomach area and it hurts, it doesn't exactly feel like stabbing pain but like a weird feeling like that sick feeling you get sorta but not exactly.It's kinda hard to describe it just doesn't feel good and it feels very uncomfortable. I don't feel like I need to barf but it hurts pretty bad in my stomach and immodium helped for the diarrhea and pepto bismol helped earlier in the day for my stomach but after I don't know how many hours I have it back again. Though the pain was not as painful as it once was. Do you know what it could be? I also have been trying to drink more water and that usually relieves some of my stomach pain and it usually hurts after I ate something like Ravioli and a bit of grilled cheese. when I ate a banana I felt okay.

I had a daughter 9 weeks ago. While I was pregnant I suffered from sciatic nerve problems. Now I'm still having problems but the pain is not the same as with the sciatic nerve. The pain doesn’t come from the back and shoot down the leg, it seems to start from either the hip or the groin area. I sometimes have a hard time walking, my older kids tell me I'm still waddling. I can't always bear weight on the leg, and it goes from one leg to the next. Sometimes it feels like I can't lift my leg, like something is stopping it from lifting at the hip, to the point where I shuffle my foot on the floor to get around. I've also experienced short term memory problems, which I had ociated with the pregnancy but are still there. I've also been having problems with my eyes, going blurry, they hurt and I've noticed that sometimes it feels like one is going one way and the other, the other way. Can you advise me please? The Count of Monte Cristo is one of my favorite books ever. Yet, to date, I have yet to see a good movie made from it. All were okay, but they didn't follow the book well. In the book the revenge taken out on Dantes's enemies takes a long time to play out and is cleverly crafted. It covered everyone involved in his unfair incarceration. But the movies all shortened and watered down the plot to make it seem, well, not unique. Are there any movies that you have seen that butchered the book?

Why does my wireless system give me problems when I add a second repeater?

I have a Bosslan 802.11g router transmitting my broadband signal and another similar device set to bridge to amplify the range. When I add a third device also set to bridge the system works for a while then breaks down,when I disconnect the third device it works again after a few minutes. It does not matter which repeater I connect, they both work on their own but not together. Curiously I didn't notice the problem until I set the devices to enhanced mode where it said: CCK Level: Default(18-19dbm) Enhanced(20-23dbm) Maximum(24-26dbm) I did this because I need some extra signal strength. The three devices are positioned in a triangle each about 60 meters apart with direct line of site (they boast a range of 400 meters) to provide my house and studio with internet, I live in a remote area without interference.

Hi! Okay, so I know the original 38 Nancy Drew books came out, but then they were reprinted up to a 64th book later on. Can someone please explain this to me? I have 2 copies of the same book, one from each set and there is a major difference in the wording. I think I read somewhere that they were just rewritten to be more modern? Please help identify another old horror movie...?

Ok, I remember seeing this movie as a child. I think it is from the 60's or 70's and features some kind of creatures that feed on humans and maybe animals. I only remember images from various scenes. The creature is about the size of a very large armored turkey, with no legs and crawls or slides along the ground. It has a shell and, I think, one tentacle / head. If it gets a hold of a person or animal it starts sucking out their blood / guts or both with a large sucking sound similar to that of trying to finish the last remnants of a chocolate shake through a straw. I think they first discovered the creature existed by finding the remains of cows they had eaten. I remember one scene where the people were running through the woods and one of these creatures dropped out of a tree onto a guy's chest. He was toast. In another scene the creature had one of the characters by the wrist with the tentacle / head and another character had to chop off the guy's hand with a hatchet. He didn't want to do it, but the guy despairingly said, "You must!" as he held out his hand and awaited amputation..." Even as a child I wondered why he didn't just chop the tentacle, but I think the creatures had like a bulletproof / hatchet proof armor. I think I remember one of the characters attempting to shoot one of the creatures and the bullet just ricocheted off the armored shell. In another scene, one of the creatures was reproducing (I think) and it had split itself in half. During this process it was helpless and there was quite a bit of slimy goo between the two halves of the dividing creature... The humans came upon it, observed it discussed it and left without killing it. Don't really understand why they didn't do anything, but hey, I didn't write the movie... In the final scene of the movie, the people were holed up in some building or room or something and dozens of these creatures were after them. The creatures were breaking windows and doing whatever they could to get to the humans because they were starving. The humans won by holding out long enough to starve all the creatures to death. How to deal with boyfriend's friend?

Hey so my boyfriend was friends with this freeloader. He owes my boyfriend money, but since he's a lazy piece of sh*t and my boyfriend was too blind to see it and felt sorry for the guy, he gave him his fouton bed, water source bag, and lent him money. 2 months ago the freeloader borrowed my wii controllers and games while I was out of town and my boyfriend was stupid enough to lend it to him. Anyway my wii stuff that the guy has is worth around $70 and he owes my bf about $100. I'm sick of having to deal with the mofo, he has moved so we don't even know exactly where he lives. M Effect 2 Disk unreadable?

Well I got m effect 2 for Christmas of 2010 and played it 5 times in the last month (January) and just today I accidentally hit my xbox while the game was going and now its unreadable right near the beginning right after you talk to the illusive man and head to the door to get to the shuttle to freedoms progress right when the loading screen should begin but its just black and then pops up disc unreadable. There is one tiny scratch about a centimeter away from the edge of the disc don't know if that's what causing it to become unreadable. There are no burn marks at all. Also, at the center of the disc where the holographic xbox 360 logo is its a little burned but the game was able to boot up can the laser really burn that sticker? and is that burnt sticker the problem for the game saying disc unreadable on that specific part? And is that sticker the data ring? I really don't know what went wrong I tried cleaning it with toothpaste which was the wrong idea and now it wont even boot up keeps saying disc unreadable should I just get a new copy or get the disc buffed? :(

So yesterday, I banged the back of my head extremely hard on the edge of a solid, wooden table. I lost by balance, and it was pretty bad. I was woozy for the first few minutes, but I never blacked out, and I remember exactly how the accident happened, and at what time during my fall my head hit the table. Yesterday I had a pretty big bump on my head where I got hurt, and gradually it has reduced in size, and it doesn't really hurt(except when I touch it). I told my parents, and I have been observing it, and so far there isn't really anything. So tell me, can I loose brain cells/memory/ or any other normal function because of this??

I accepted a job at a local dealership as an accountant. The pay is $35,000 to start & I have to work Monday thru Friday, 8-6, & every other Saturday 10-5. When I interviewed with the current controller & her boss, they explained that I would eventually take over the current controller's position. Mile Time and Quarter Mile time for football?

Okay im a Sopre, im 5'6-5'7 about 170 pounds, I hurt my knee and lower back at the very beginning of the season and the knees fine till we start running or doing drills, and the back is all screwy when doing Squat n Deadlift, I want to start and I want to increase my mile, 40 yard dash, and quarter mile time, Mile= 6:28, 40yd= (approx.) 6.5 or sumthing i dont really no but the knee and back led to the slow time., and Quarter mile = anywhere from 70-77 seconds depending on whether or not the knee goes screwy or not, the guy starting infront of me is alot stronger but im faster. Only one side of my hair straightens, help!?

Don't straighten your hair everyday, it damages it tremendously. I stopped straightening my hair two years ago during sopre year in High School. Besides, pin straight hair has been slowly going out of style. Shaggy, wavy, kind of messed up hair is in now. My hair just naturally does that, though. I go out of the house with my hair the same as it was when I rolled out of bed. I don't own a brush either (this might help for some people) because I find that it makes it frizzy. I like messed up volumous and wavy hair, but brushing it really does make it bad. I say try going the more natural way! :D

How do I potty-train this stubborn 5 month old puppy?

We've had her since she was 5 weeks old, and these past several months have been anything but bliss. I've raised, fostered, and cared for many dogs in my 15 years as a pet owner (aside from childhood pets), and NEVER had such a problem potty training a puppy! She pees outside, but refuses to poop outside, no matter how long she stays out there. She'll come back in and, within minutes, find some hidden place to poop. Her current favorite place to poop is in the laundry room. I'm pretty diligent about taking her outside, and I take her out about 5 times a day, but with 3 young children, I can't follow her around every waking moment. This puppy has me at my wits end day after day since we've had her. I've grown to resent her, and absolutely have no idea what to do now. Why won't she poop outdoors?!

So at the moment I have an 88 overall GPA and I have one quarter left so I am hoping to do really well and get it up to a 90. A the moment I have a 1600 on the practice SAT's I have taken I am oping to get this up to a 1700 maybe higher going to taken next week the real one then again in June and then in November. From one seasoned veteran to another, DON'T evolve dragonite. Aerodactyl is not as good as dragonair, and not as fast. You should go with the first team. Choose jolteon insted of amphoros. and DEFINATLEY lucario instead of machamp. but then again, machamp can learn many different types of moves than lucario...ditch the steelix in favor of a rhypherior.

I am an abuse survivor having endured years of ual abuse as a child. To make things even more heinous, my step-father had abused me with animals and videoed ual activities involving me with dogs andother animals. I thought I put that all behind me. My atiel is squinting one eye and rubbing it against herself while preening. whats happening?

When atiels do that they're usually just trying to get something out of their eye by rubbing it against themselves. My atiels do the same thing if they get something stuck to their eye or in it. If she's been doing this for a while though I'd examine her eye and see if there's something stuck in there she can't get out. And if there's nothing you can see and she keeps doing this I'd take her to the vet cuz she could have a very serious medical problem.

The main problem with re-introducing them is the fact the we have introduced non-native animals, which might affect them severely. The Grey squirrel for instance. Also, the animals no longer have the same amount of natural habitat, which leads to them entering cities, like you sometimes see bears in America stealing from rubbish bins. It would be difficult, therefore only possible for a few species.
