Is there any way to fix a razr screen malfunction.?

I have a pink motorola Razr from Verizon and when I turned it on yesterday the screen was all glitched. The screen is mostly white with black spots all over it and the occasional lines of color all over it. I was planning on switching to AT&T over the course of the next week, but all my contacts are on this phone and I need to know if I can get my screen fixed for just a few more days. My screen had done this before and i screwed in one of the screws on the back of the phone and it worked again after that. But, i tried that again this time and it didnt work. Are there any other parts that could be loose?
