Whenever I change poopy (not solid) diapers I dry heave, got any tips to stop it?

If it bothers you that much, just don't change them, Its great that you want to help, but I'm sure they would understand if you didnt, but If you still want to , try thinking about something else while changing it, or talking to the baby to keep you distacted,,and when you take the tabs off the diaper dont just open it, use the front of the diaper to wipe down most of the poop and you wont have as much to look at , then set the diaper aside without looking,
