I need Your Help please.I need all of u to help me.PLEASE?

I had unsafe which was just for few seconds.Then after a week i had a PCR test done which came neagtive.After that i retested again after 15 days and it was negative.Now after 1 and a half month i done a PCR test and it came negative.But i am still worried.Although the doctor told me that u have nothing to worry about and no need to get retested again n again as PCR test is not like a rapid test it's a detailed test in which even a small anti-gen is searched.But i don't know what to do please help me am i safe?Experts please answer
