Where to apply for PCC certificate in zanzibar,Tanzania for Indian Residents.?

I am a resident of India but working in Tanzania from 2005 & recently I joined a new company in Zanzibar after finishing my last contract but they need a police clearence certificate from India to apply for 2yrs work visa as I m not in India for long how I could get it faster.
