Can you tell me the name of this movie I am trying to think of?

I saw it on TV in the late nineties. It may have been just a TV movie, or a Lifetime movie. It was about a well to do American couple with kids. They decide to hire a French nanny. At first she is a little dorky and frumpy. The mother of the family decides to give her a make over and then suddenly her true beauty starts to show. But now the father of the family falls in love with her and they have an affair. I remember this being a good movie. Can't remember who was in it.
