this morning i had 2 Nature Valley Oats and Honey Granola Bar with an small red Gala apple. The Granola bar was 180 calories and 6grams of fat and the apple was 80 calories. And i cant exercise it off. Im in a cardio cl at school so if i burn it off on the elliptical will it not get stored as fat? Will i get fat? i weigh 104 and im 17 and 5'0. will i get fat? i have been eating nothing but fruits and veggies for 4 months so by eating the Garnola bar will it get stored as fat? and will it make me big?
