How can I set up daily bandwidth limits for torrent clients?

I use utorrent, my brother would like to start using it too on his computer, but I have a bandwidth limit with my connection and if I just gave him any client I'd be over my limit in one day, so I'm looking for a client, plugin, etc that will allow me to limit the amount a client is allowed to download daily, like 50 mbs per day.
