We all have heard that our prisons are full to capacity ...?

I believe there is a need for a broadspectrum review of the penal reform act or whatever it is in your country, many of todays crimes are being given less time than they deserve and the prisoners are not being punished correctly for the crime they have committed ! anybody agree with me or not I'm happy to hear your views!
