Call of duty MW2 sniping tips?

i wanna start quickscoping without Slight of hand, i use Intervention with Extended mags m93 akimbo, Marathon pro Stopping power pro Steady aim pro, cuz I cant use Sitrep Pro, its to hard with out it, im doing really bad? any help, my other cl is Intervention extended mags m93 akimbo, Slight of hand pro stopping power pro, and sitrep pro?
