I have strange side effects from tripping DXM?

Yesterday 4pm ish I took 300mg dextromethorphan from 20 Robitussin gel caps, and this morning I woke up with left kidney cramps and severe lip chapping. I think this is abnormal, what are the usual side effects from this? and what happened to me??
