Ratatouille Xbox 360 stuck in the sewer?

I'm wondering if anyone played this game. I collected all 100 charms on the street market. But now I'm in the sewer, and I can only get 11 of 100 charms. I can't figure out how to get anywhere. Everywhere is water. I see charms in various places, but I can't seem to find a way to get to them. Can anyone please help?
