What can I do to ease the discomfort of mosquito bites? I have 21 bites.?

I went to a wedding the other night and the reception was held outside. If I had known, I would have taken my OFF spray. I now have 21 bites. The itching is unbarable! I have applied Calamine lotion and Caladryl lotion but neither help relieve the itch. Benedryl tablets help a little bit but they make me drowsy so I can only take Benedryl at night. What can I apply to the bites to help relieve the itching? Please advise. Thank you so much.
