Moving from Carlsbad, CA to Moscow Idaho help?

I'm an 18 year old girl who just graduated high school. I live in Carlsbad California. I'm moving to Moscow for college and im not really sure what to expect. What can anyone tell me about the town or what there is to do? Is it fun? how do people dress? does it rain a lot? Is there any cute stores to shop at? ha thank you
