How can I cope with being hungry?

well definitely try to avoid being hungry! when your body wants food and doesn't get it...it stores body fat...so not eating does not help when it comes to loosing weight...no matter what diet your on you have to eat...just done eat donuts and stuff like that..have a healthy snack. Stay on track but don't go hungry. hope this helps
