I'm descended from Rollo the first Duke of Normandy does that mean I'm technically part French even though....?

...even though Rollo was a Viking from Denmark (well that's the popular theory). Did the Dukes of Normandy marry into the local French families or did they bring their families from Scandinavia with them?
